About this place

Top floor of a converted iron foundry with 14-foot ceilings and windows the size of garage doors. The furniture is all prototypes from Maya's studio. Two minutes from the L train, ten from the river.

Furniture designer. The loft doubles as my showroom—everything you sit on is made by hand.
